Monique Lee began her career at New York Life in June of 2017 as an insurance agent. She quickly moved up the ranks by making Executive Council*‚ her first year in the industry. In her second year, she ranked even higher, making President's Council and MDRT**‚. She accepted a position in leadership in August of 2019 mainly to blaze the path for other women, wives, and mothers who wanted to join the leadership ranks. Monique has a true passion to help others achieve their life goals whether its at New York Life or somewhere else. She strives to be a resource for all. She loves to coach, mentor, and cheer for her team mates and her associates.
In her free time, she enjoys snowboards, camping, boating, kayaking, travels, and volunteering. She currently sits on the Board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities, which focuses its efforts on programs that support the health and well-being of children.
I was introduced to New York Life from my brother-in-law and an agent in December 2014. I achieved my Executive CouncilÃ‚Â¹ in 2015 and 2016 then I have been promoted to Partner in 2017. Masood was born in India and finished graduating in Bachelor of Computer Science. He emigrated to the U.S. in 2000 and lived in California before moving to Atlanta in 2014. In 2015 he took the opportunity of joining New York Life as an agent and got promoted to Partner within two years.
He has since been working hard to build a masterpiece under the leadership of Puneet Seth. He was awarded the Top Partner in 2019 in the entire company and the Top Partner in the South Central Zone in 2021. He is looking to continue giving others the same opportunity as he was given.
As a Partner with New York Life and an active member of his community, Chris is dedicated to finding, selecting, and developing 8-12 advisors a year. To stay on top of his development and professional skills, he utilizes systems and works closely with his agents and advisors so that they may reach their full potential with a proven road map of coaching and inspiration.
Chris attended Valdosta State University and majored in Piano Performance and Psychology. Born and raised in the small rural county of Wilcox County GA, he often appreciates meeting new people of all backgrounds and really appreciates his opportunities every day to help those wanting to change careers or take their current financial services career to the next level. Experience and professional affiliations have also help foster his practical approach to offering financial leadership and counsel to his successful team of agents and advisors. Chris has been a qualifying member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table since 2009. MDRT is recognized as the standard of excellence in financial services sales performance. Chris has earned many industry and company awards since beginning in the Financial Services Industry in 2008.
Maintaining a strong sense of community and a solid professional foundation are very important to him. Chris is involved in numerous community organizations and attends Brown Bridge Church in Cumming, GA. He and his wife, Ashley, reside in Cumming, GA with their daughter, Natalie, where he enjoys supporting her involvement in sporting events. Chris is a lifelong Georgia Bulldog fan and his hobbies include, golfing, spending time with family, and traveling. Chris and his family are also very dedicated to special needs children and are strong advocates for Autism Research and Awareness.

Janet Turner is a Prospecting Development Manager for the South Central Zone.
Janet became affiliated with New York Life as a client in 2017. In May 2018, the integrity of the company, and encouragement of her partner, then an agent, led her to work as an Agent Assistant, and Recruiting Assistant. She triggered her agent contract in January 2020. After earning Executive Council* in 2022, she applied for, and was promoted to Prospecting Development Manager in April 2023. Prior to coming to New York Life, Janet was a Stay at Home wife and mother, and Creative Problem Solver. She received a B.A. in Communication from The University of Toledo, and holds Series 6 and 63 FINRA registrations. Janet and Michael, her husband, will celebrate their 29th wedding anniversary in August; they have two sons.
Jon Nickerson is responsible for the oversight of the financial, service, and new business operations in the Greater Atlanta General Office. Jon's dynamic team of 8 Service Representatives provides expert customer service for 13 Partners and approximately 175 financial professionals throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
Jon began his career in 2002, working in several offices throughout the southeast before settling in Atlanta in October 2012, joining the Greater Atlanta General Office as Corporate Vice President of Administration for the Insurance Service Group.
Jon graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor emphasis in Philosophy.
